I have an E90 2007 318i. The Fan/blower for the Aircon/Heater stopped working all of a sudden. Check all fuses and relays, no issues there. After reading through other forums, the advide that it might be the blower underneath the passenger side dashboard. Some insight would be appreciated please.
If it is the blower motor you should replace your cabin air filter as well. Maybe some dirt got in that made the bearings fail. Removing the cabin air filter will give you a topside view of the blower motor, and to remove it comes out below the glovebox. I have the same squeaking nonsense in my 2011 328i.

The BMW 335i heating system circulates hot coolant from the engine through the heater core. As the interior’s heating relies on the engine’s cooling system, checking the level of your coolant is the easiest place to start as a low coolant level may prevent coolant from reaching the heater core, and dirty coolant may be a sign of a clogged cooling system.

6. Remove trim surrounding cupholders. 7. Unscrew cupholders - each has 2x philips screws. Note orientation of cupholders when sliding them out. Glovebox will not come out without first removing these. 8. Glovebox can now be removed. Disconnect wires and place on one side.
jfoj. Normal BMW blower fan problem, bushings get dry and will squeak and make noise when cold. Make sure you are not confusing the SAP pump as well, this will only make noise for 90 seconds at the most then the SAP pump shuts down. Search the term crickets here and online, VERY common problem. Crickets tend to quiet down when the blower speed
It seems to be more prominent when I first start off - even with the blower/fan at a low speed setting, I have a quite loud squeaking sound coming out of it! It's a bit like chirping crickets. Goes off after a while, and then seems to return a little intermittently, even with the fan at the same speed. Car is a 2007 E90 330i.
