Switched the LED-ports on the Corsair Pro Commander and also set the right settings in the ICUE when I changed the ports. Re-installed the whole ICUE software, made new profiles and tested a lot of different settings etc. Not Tested: See paragraph "Things I tried to fix the issue" Number "2.": replaced the 2-pin connector with a 3-pin connector.
1. Posted December 21, 2018. I have upgraded from H115i Pro to H15i Pro and currently the iCue software isn't detecting the new cooler, although Windows detects it as "H150i Platinum". - LED is working. - Fans are spinning. - SATA is connected. - USB is connected. - Fans cables are connected.

There is bug with the USB pass-through functionality of the commander pro with some of the motherboards. You can try force a firmware update on the commander pro and restart the icue service. It sometimes fixes the issue. Alternative solution is to get an internal USB hub from NZXT and connect all the devices to it.
I would recommend you make use much smaller PWM hubs to extend capacity vs 3 Commander Pro controllers, unless you are after the LED ports on those controllers. Most PWM hubs can power 6-10 fans (at the same speed) while using 1 Commander Pro PWM header and 1 SATA connection for power. The RGB is a much bigger problem.
I'm having some issues with my Commander Pro where some of the fan headers will die out/become unresponsive intermittently. RPM reports 0 and the fans don't spin. Power cycling the Commander Pro, resetting it in software, and reinstalling iCue + completely wiping and reinstalling Windows hasn't r

This differs from the normal Commander Pro as it also has a Chassis Lighting option to control the 22 RGB LED's in the Sails Logo and Front IO. this is is connected to LED channel one the 1000D Commander Pro. in the Following order, Sails Logo/Front IO and then there is a Pass through Female RGB socket hanging towards the front
Ok, so I plugged in a single QL 120 fan into fan port #1, and not only are the temp sensors still not detected, neither is the fan, the fan spins at full speed, but it doesn't show up in iCue. I give up honestly. I'm sorry to say but I think I'm done with Corsair fans and iCue controllers, and probably Corsair altogether.
